Either way, warmth makes it easier to relax. I think that body of yours is a bit small for my other method to do much beyond make things worse, but heat should be of help.

It is - particularly on a clear night when you can see many of them. Watching the sun rise is quite relaxing as well, but at that point I'm afraid there's little chance of falling asleep again.
