Right, and -- *It's still moving.* Come on, hit the brakes!

*Unfortunately for these two, fire trucks have something else that keeps them moving. The water moving in the truck adds to the momentum even if you put the brakes on. Lucia, having never driven one of these things in her life, is just slamming on the brakes and praying for dear life. ...To herself? I'm not sure how that works.*
