[A - Backdated to the previous Dark Hour - Action]
[Kid was told this mysterious Persona power would come to him once he was in trouble and serious danger. But what counted as danger to a Kid who's seen too much? Kid had taken arrows, bullets, blades and more without the help of any special powers long before Prospero ever decided to land him there. Closest he had gotten to real trouble was when that blue stranger with a spear arrived to his aid. Today, he thinks, will be different.
Boy was he right.
Kid was doing his usual rounds of Shadow-smashing around the street, doing his best to avoid drawing too much attention from the bigger, badder ones yet trying to avoid making it too easy for himself. As it turns out, the Shadows have some form of pattern recognition in them, because quite a few of them had suddenly cornered him in an alleyway. If the Kid's off-guard or afraid, it don't show on his tired face very well. He just holds his hammer at the ready.]
I'm waiting.
[Everything turns into a blur and a big ball of violence. Kid can feel the scratches and burns from the attacks of the Shadows, and they start to box him in with what little room he has to dodge from. The adrenaline and numbness from an earlier shot of booze was starting to give way to pain. Kid's swings become more unruly, less focused, and barely graze the Shadows as they close in...
Then Kid suddenly feels a splitting headache just before what looks like an armored lady of war appears above him. Like him, she ain't much of a talker, not uttering a word at her sudden existence. But the Shadows suddenly fell like dominoes before it vanished from existence. Kid's just standing there, still beaten and injured, but he had enough strength to stay on his feet as he looked at his hands. Somehow...he knew that was it. A Persona. And it felt just like his hammer...an extension of his work, toil, and determination.
He'll just stand there in a daze, not hard to miss if you're out and about in the Dark Hour. Approach him?].

[Kid's more of a bandaged mess than usual, the feed opening up to his injured and sore form as he sat down on his bed, facing the camera and looking as gruff as ever.]
So I finally got one of those Persona things. Mine's a real charmer.
Now what?
