So? I don't get paid per customer.

But you won't get paid at all if the company goes down because of a bad reputation!

If you just yell at the morons who try to insist that their coupons should work even though they obviously say that they stopped working last month, and then when you tell them you can't do anything about it because that's how the machine does things they don't listen, you'll have a bad reputation among morons. That's fair.
