There's still the normal Shadows to worry about. Though this is the first I've heard of a duplicate attacking someone other than themselves, so I suppose neither of us could have expected that.

I'm capable of handling myself against normal Shadows. It was being attacked by another person's Shadow who doesn't even look like that person that I didn't expect.

Not quite. He was a Master in the fourth war--I never exactly knew him well. I didn't even realize they were one and the same until Rider called him by name.

When you said his Shadow was a teenager, I simply assumed the most ludicrous possibility imaginable.
