[The feed starts with Saori walking up the street leading to the hotel. There's a worried look on her face]

I...have a problem.

[The video shifts to look over her shoulder. A dog, from the looks of it a stray, is trailing right behind her.]

I don't know where it came from but it's been following me for sometime now. I've tried to shake it off but it keeps finding me and I don't know what it wants.

[She makes her way into the hotel lobby and yes, it's still followed her. She places the phone down on the coffee table. She turns to it.]

Sweetie, I'm sorry, but I don't have anything you want. I'm sure you'll have a nice owner one day. Now please lea-ACK!

[ There's a sound of someone being tackled and some heavy panting.]

No, sweetie, please get off of me! No, no licking! Oh please stop being adorable...

[Her newly self-declared pet sits up, curious about the new dog on the screen. Finally a break from the face lickings for Saori.]

Must be. It's a quite a shame.

The funny thing is, I've had cats all my life but this is the first time a dog has been this persistent.

[She won't put him on the spot. They could always discuss his reaction in private. In the mean time, the dog gets up close, as if he's trying to sniff at Edgeworth through the phone. She gently directs him to move to the side so she can be seen.]

Yeah, I was thinking about that just in case he has one of those microchip ID tags. And if it turns out he has no owner, I guess I'll take him in. I wouldn't turn down a sweetie like him.
