There was talk of offering lessons in combat to those who do not yet know how to defend themselves. I am trained in using a lance, and could provide instruction. I am - fairly strict, and I don't know if I'll be a very good teacher... but as a Grim Angel my ability is peerless, and the cause is worthy.

Only an ignorant dog would believe everyone has the same intent through mere words alone. Trust given easily is destroyed without effort.

Generally, when one is adept in their ability, they are the ones sought out. Extending an invitation through these means seems weak and cowardly. How am I to know you can do as you claim through your word alone?

Information does not travel quickly enough here - that is how people ended up in danger through not knowing where to obtain weapons or training. Given a choice, I would extend the offer rather than leaving others to flounder without any idea where they could go.

Then are they worthy pupils if they know not have to seek information for themselves? The ignorant should be protected, not taught how to injure themselves or their companions.
