Let's see... Is there a central Angel that gives instructions to the other ones?

Not that we've found. There was the first one fifteen years ago that caused Second Impact, and then a bunch of individual ones that showed up over the last few months. I think we just killed number 10.

Okay... how far into the atmosphere have you checked for them?

[soulsborderline]

Ugh. Don't bring that up. The last bastard dropped itself from orbit, and two of the other ones I fought personally popped out of the ocean and a verdammt volcano.

[Really don't remind her of the volcano.]

I was pretty far in the atmosphere for a long time, so there might be others up there that are hard to get at.

Well that's just freakin' terrific. I have no idea how we'd fight something that actually stayed up in orbit. Misato's plan for stopping the last one was dumb enough already, and it came right to us.

I was ordered to by the planet I came from. We all were. But maybe it's different where we came from. Humans did something 'bad' and the Earth called out for help.

Hm. Maybe mine are just pissed off that the first one exploded. Don't see why they'd blame humans for that, though, it messed us up more than them.
