I don't know. I likely do not deserve it, but I can not dissuade others from choosing who they place their trust and loyalty in.

i mean, sure, i'd be mad.
but i trust my friends.
even if they did something terrible, it wouldn't be on purpose.
so i'd forgive them.
because that's what friends do.

That depends entirely on who is the one doing the swearing.

If they are your friend, then you should believe in their decision to follow you. To believe yourself unworthy of it would be insulting their judgement.
