[In their hotel room, Allen give Kanda an annoyed look.]

Kanda, you're not even ready to go to work!

[Seriously, he need to get going and Allen's (grudgingly) need Kanda to walk him to school.]

[Later on in the day, Allen switch on his phone at school. His voice sound a bit worried and curious.]

Is there a sickness going around? I noticed that a lot of people are absent from school today.

[He hasn't really come out from the closet today, either.]

[Don't make him open this stupid door!]

[You know what, Allen's going to forcibly open this closet door.]

[He just-- doesn't want to?!]

[Commence attempting to pull it open!]

I don't know, just go away already!

[Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr holding it shut!]

[Geez, this is taking a lot of effort. But he doesn't want to get into any ~~more~~ trouble at school. PULLING THE DOOR.]

[Good news! The door opened!]

[Bad news? Kanda just aimed a hard kick to Allen's gut.]

Get lost!

[Ooph! Clutching his stomach for a moment, he glares at Kanda.]

[Really, Allen? Really? He doesn't look quite right, but doesn't hesitate to try and toss him out of the room, either.]

[Yes, really. And just try throwing him out, Allen will be trying to make Kanda get ready, one way or another.

Geez, is Kanda still in his night clothes?]

[Yeah, but his night clothes consist of jeans and a t-shirt.]

[Chances are Allen can get him most of the way ready, even if Kanda fights most of the way through, considering he's not quite all there. :| That doesn't make it easy, however...]

[Even if it takes too much effort, Allen's managing to get Kanda mostly ready. Somehow.]

Stop being so stubborn.

[Kanda is Not Pleased. Not Pleased At All. He's still fighting him, all the way out the door.]

[No this isn't normal. It isn't normal At All.]

[There's something about the way this guy is speaking... did he just wake up?]

Not many people have been in my classes, either.

Do you think there's something going around?

[There's a definite pause on his end.]

There may be more to it than that.

...Possibly. Do you have any idea?

Some people have been acting strange lately.

...Strange as in being 'lazy'?

People who normally go home in groups have... stopped.

They go alone now? All of them?

Not all, but... most.

Then it's not a typical 'sickness', but something else.

The Shadows have been acting differently, too.

Do you think they're responsible?

If they are, they're affecting themselves, too.

Or they have some kind of protection.

[There's a pause and a slight rustle as he shakes his head.]

They've been... making movements on their own.

...What can you tell me about it?

They used to attack in groups. Lately, they've been attacking while alone.

A change in behaviour like that usually have a reason behind it.
