There's a bit of a slur in his voice, though he's oddly coherent considering the amount he's had.]

Sssstupid hotel doesn't even have strong booze. Just startin' ta feel tipsy after the tenth bottle...weak stuff. The Bastion had stronger stuff, damn it, I...

[He trails off and mumbles a bit. He doesn't look too good on an emotional or physical level, but he's doing a good job of miraculously staying alive despite how much he's had. There's some truth to his words: all the alcohol from the Bastion and his history of drinking helped build up a tolerance.]

Still don't have a lotta money...anyone need work done? When...when I sober up, I can do odds 'n ends...s'all I'm good at...

Oh, I can fix and build stuff, too. You'll need ta give me the matra...mater...stuff for it, though.

Ten bottles...you got one heck of a resistance. Well, I do know of one possible place to get something stronger though you might want to take a break from drinking before you try them.

Well there are jobs you can take up here. The locals are pretty open about that and I'm sure there's plenty of us who need custom-made items too.

Can't do any fancy-pants stuff that would need a Mancer. But if it can be built and put back together, I can do it. Figuring out how good the material is depends on how sturdy it is and how much I can work with it.

If it's involvin a lot of math 'r study, though, you're better askin' someone like that.

The phone you're holding works when the sky goes weird at night, normal ones don't. I already took one of each apart to compare 'em and see if anything inside was different, but I wanna get one or two other perspectives before I do anything else.
