I'm afraid none of us really found a way back on our own. People have a tendency to come and go like that. If it helps, there are other trolls like Feferi here who are too.

If you're familiar about the stories on Earth, that should give you a general picture. One more thing though. Here, at midnight, we call it the Dark Hour. You'll be able to revert back to your troll self for an hour but these creatures called Shadows come after us.
