Considering this island hosts an absurdly huge amount of servants at the moment, I doubt you'll find anyone that isn't aware of them.

There are quite a few Servants here. So the majority of us who aren't directly involved have some inkling about this. I have to admit it gets rather confusing when it comes to addressing people by their class since many share the same class.

As horrible as this Holy Grail War sounds, I have to admit it's rather--and please don't take it the wrong way--fascinating to have historical and mythological figures fight another in a giant crossover of sorts.

Hmm, I will not object to your opinion if that's the case. I am not very adamant myself about the amounts of Servants. That, if what people told me about the mass of Servants is correct.

You might be quite surprised by the bias this place seems to have towards Servants and Masters from the war compared to the other kind of people it pulls in here.

... That being said, I would be familiar with those terms even outside of this place.

Most of the fourth and fifth wars are here, and a large number of servants from wars outside of Fuyuki. Not too many masters around, far as I remember.

Because of all that, and the lack of any real war going on, far more people than just we and the magi know about those things. That answer your question well enough?

Many here have knowledge of Masters and Servants, though not all have been involved with the war itself. If you do not remember, then I should reintroduce myself; Diarmuid Ua Duibhne, formerly the Lancer of the fourth war.

Ummm, let's see... an Archer, a Caster, way too many Sabers to even count, an Assassin... I'm sure there were others, but I kind of gave up keeping track after a while.
