Of course. The first problem was in that I could think of only one way to be absolutely certain Kiritsugu was responsible, and that was by allowing someone to catch him in the act.

I located him first, told Emiya his location, and trusted him to interrupt before Kiritsugu took action. As you can see by the fact that I'm still breathing, my trust was not wrongly placed.
