[ At least this time there's less surprise - not that it's actually noticable no matter what, since David is pretty much always calm - when he finds himself in this place. And it's not actually like he minds being here in good company and he figures he was probably summoned here for some good reason again, so.. he seems reasonably content as he speaks. ]

I assume I found myself in Prospero once more. [ not that he has that much of a sense what happened inbetween his last visit and now.. ] So do not worry about having to provide an explanation to another person. Instead I am merely curious as to how many other people are still in this place as well.

I have been a few days longer, after all. And I've been very curious.

[ In other words, she had been doing a little exploring alone.

As soon as he was inside , he closes the elevator and wait for him to press the floor number. ]

The next day after my return ... I found something in my room.

[ It takes him a slight moment to remember the floor his room used to be on, but his fingers then almost automatically slide to the button he always used. ]

I don't think so. Actually, if I remember correctly ... I saw it with you last time ... when you called your --- persona, isn't that right?

The card. I didn't get one last time ... but now I did.

I do believe that was what that power here was called. .. In fact, somehow I can feel it flowing through me, even now.. [ did he just instantly regain it the moment he popped up here? for a moment he glances at his hand, as if he's supposed to see it there. ]

But you believe this card is waiting for me in my room?

It could be. I can't be sure. We'll know when we get there, won't we?

[ ... ] How have you been faring here since I have been gone?

But at least he's never easily embarassed in the slightest, he can admit this much easily. ]

[ Sadly, David. Trouble is just Sheryl's middle name. On the bright side, she doesn't jump into trouble that she isn't prepared for.

No matter how many times he's done it, she will never get used to this. ]

[ He didn't even realise, honestly.. ]

[ Tsunning and crossing her arms as the elevator stops at his floor. ]

[ ... Women are so terribly difficult to understand.

But still, David is David, so he follows her like an obedient puppy until he realises he should lead since they're going towards his room. When they arrive there, he opens the door and holds it open, allowing her to go in first. He's a gentleman, okay. ]

[ She enters his room and begins looking around. Excuse Sheryl while she is being nosy curious. She'd never been in a guy's room before. ]

Did anything change from last time you were here?

[rocker]

[ At least you won't find porn in his room, Sheryl.. his room is still fairly neat though, despite the fact there hasn't been anyone here in a while - he usually does like things being organized. Not that it's very decorated though, the room just seems very.. functional, for the lack of a better word. ]

.. So far I can not see any difference yet. [ although he's still glancing around too. ] It is a little surprising though, I thought someone else might already have taken up residence here.

[ Darn. No blackmail material. Not that she would actually need it. His room was actually resembling a room. Sheryl can't say the same thing about hers. It always looks like a hurricane passed through it. ]

You can call yourself lucky, then. [ She takes a seat on his bed and crosses her arms. ]

The people I was staying with ... aren't here anymore. [ Shrugs. ]

[ Sure, make yourself at home, Sheryl.. he doesn't care, he just stares at her. ]

You were staying with someone?

[ Of course. Did you expect anything less from her? ]

For a while, yes. The last time I was here. She was Royalty if you would believe it.

A very interesting character. I read about her in history and I have to say that she was nothing like I had expected.

[ he just wanted to know if said person was a he or a she, okay, he's sort of relieved now.. ]

This place does seem fond of drawing in royalty, either way. [ He was a king, not to mention Gilgamesh being here as a king - and they were only two of more. ] But I do suppose that comes with a fondness for heroic spirits.

[ Darnit. If she knew that, she probably would have kept him guessing until the very last moment. ]

That makes sense. Does this 'heroic spirits' include me?

[ Then again, was she heroic or impulsive? ]

... No. After all, it would not be befitting of such a beautiful lady to battle in any war.

Sweet. But I can't sit back, David. But don't you think someone who takes control is attractive too?

[ She already knows his answer is yes. He loves all women after all. ]

I think you are attractive no matter the situation. But.. even so, I do not wish for you to be hurt. Such is my genuine wish.
