[You see this blonde prat right here? Well, now you do! Because his video feed has just clicked on when he barrel rolled on top of his phone, seemingly out of no where. ... Well. Not seemingly. He did just appear out of no where and rolled elegantly against a pillar of a building.

It wasn't that hard, but it was hard enough for a loud 'BWONGGGGGGG' to echo through the building and now, video feed.

Once he gathered his thoughts, Arthur quickly stood up and looked around. Sword in hand, aiming at nothing up the empty space around him. This was unfamiliar. Very unfamiliar.

Actually, I'm not even sure where the library is here. I only came here a little while back myself, and I never checked it out.

It's... nice. When it's not midnight. There's free food and clothes if you go to the right stores, and they give you a place to stay.

It's just the damn monsters that ruin it all.

[He's going to have to change eventually. He can't stay in his knights uniform as long as he's here.]

Ah. [Now that he thinks about it...] Are you unable to fight?

Depends on the giftcards you get. [He takes a few out of his back pocket as he speaks, fanning them out so Arthur can see the different store names.] They're all pretty much in the same district, though.

[And at the second question, he flinches.]

[Arthur glances over at the cards. Mentally noting the names of the stores so that he can visit them later.]

Hm... [Arthur looks at the sword at his side.

This boy wasn't from Camelot, but all the same. He wouldn't just stand by.] I can protect you, if you ever find yourself in danger.

[He shakes his head quickly at that.]

Thanks, but you don't have to. I just stay inside during that time anyway, since that's the safest.

[And really, getting protected? Not something he finds too agreeable, to be honest. He might be a coward, but he's not going to stoop that low.]

These monsters don't wander into the living quarters?

Someone told me they can't use doors. It's weird, but... It seems to be true.

Rather convenient for those who don't want to fight.

I don't think I have these giftcards you speak of. [A pause.] But I wouldn't mind being shown the shopping district.

I think you can probably get yours at the hotel. That's where I got mine.

[He begins to lead the way to the shopping district, finally getting back his usual smile now that things are proceeding at least somewhat normally.]

They mainly give you ones for food and clothes and that kind of thing. You know, so you can survive here? Though... You could probably use some of the clothes store ones.

Ah. I suppose that armor like this would not... fit here, would it?

The hotel is where we all stay. Er, all the people who got kidnapped, like you and me.

[At the comment on the armor, he quickly shakes his head.]

People haven't worn anything like that for ages. Well, outside of movies or plays, I guess.

[He nods at Corwin's first statement.]

I see. Very well, then! I will find clothes much more suitable for this... world.
