Possibly. Since the full moon is close, this is more than likely a temporary thing.

Aww... is there some way to get it permanently?

... Yeah, there is. But it happens randomly. Basically, sometimes this place lets you regain things from home, although it won't have any sort of powers or anything anymore. That's how Ledah got his lance back.

So, he basically has a model of Lorelei, is what you're saying.

Mm, pretty much. I mean, right now it's got it's powers again, but before that it operated as an ordinary lance. So I guess if you do get your Diviner permanently sometime, it would only act as an ordinary weapon.

I guess I'm fine with that. I can use other weapons just fine, but Einherjar just feels right, and it will even without its power.

Then hopefully the way to get stuff back permanently will be available again sometime soon.
