[23: Action]

[Okay, so this sudden bout of paranoia was not a good thing. Especially since it was getting worse and she was starting to become uneasy around people she considered her friends, which sucked. But there was at least a few people she still felt comfortable and at ease around, which she was grateful for. And even with this paranoia, she still had gifts to give out.

So April will be going around to people's rooms and delivering these gifts to them;

Ledah: These handmade gloves, this coat and a rare book on European history.

Neah: This handmade black scarf

Saori: This handmade teal scarf

Beatrice: This handmade gold shawl

Mila: This handmade black and red scarf

Aengus: This handmade butterfly scarf

[She smiles up at him.] That's good to know. And I could never be afraid of you either.

[More giggling and she snuggles back.]

Mmhm, that feels nice...

I'm glad.

[They're going to be snuggling forever.]

[All the snuggling.

Though April does soon pulls away slightly, looking sheepish.]

Ah, sorry, I should've showed you the presents others got for both of us, right?

We have other presents?

Yeah! Gaignun got us wine classes and Saori got tea for us and Beatrice... [There's a pause. Then she coughs awkwardly.] ... Well, it's something I would use that, uh, you might like as well.

...Lingerie again?

[Beatrice is not subtle.]

A nightie, to be precise. So it's probably nothing revealing.

Tell all of them I'm thankful to them.

Mm, I will! [Nod, nod.] And Gaignun has given me some ideas for what I could do with the wine glasses, so I might try those out later.

Drink wine out of them?

Well, of course. But you can also use them to hold stuff like trifles!

That's a good idea.

[Ledah's not very creative.]

Mmhm! But I'll make sure not to make them too sweet for you... And to not use too much alcohol as well.

I don't get drunk very often. It's unpleasant.

I just find it embarrassing, since I'm a really silly drunk. But you wouldn't have to worry too much if you somehow get tipsy here, since it's only just me and Tofi here.

I know I can be silly around you without fear.

Hehe, exactly! You've got nothing to worry about here.

[A sigh of relief.]

[April giggles and gives him a brief kiss.] ... Though I'll admit, I do kind of want to see what you're like when you're drunk.
