I like you a lot. When you're hurt it feels worse than if I'd been hurt, and when you're upset I can't be happy. When you are happy, it makes me feel like I don't have anything to worry about as long as I can spend time with you. I want to keep you safe, but I also want to see how strong you grow up to be - you've already gotten so strong so quickly that it's almost unreal. I want to learn more about you and the kind of world that made you who you are.
Ever since I first met you, I've been so confused. I never seem to know what to say or how to react, but I've always been glad when you're around. It feels oddly cold when you leave.
