True. Though by that logic there isn't much reason not to combat them; besides the admittedly-nebulous theory, they're very violent and generally a danger to those of us still mobile during that time.

Yep, and that difference is what some people call "a preemptive strike."

Sure, someone could liken it to stirring a stick around in a hive of bees. Though it seems more like nipping the wild boar population before it can explode, to me.

Mmhmm. Tried and true method that's always gotten results, as far as I can remember.

But why ruin a perfectly reasonable statement. Shadows at their best were much less threatening than Shades at their worst.
