Welcome to Prospero! It's very nice to meet you, everyone! My name is Madoka Kaname, and I'm one of the people who have been on this island for a very long time.

For those who know Atsuro Kihara, I'm kind of like his assistant for the Shadow Database he's been working on. This is because of my Persona's special ability to locate Shadows and scan their attributes.

[Madoka's gazes goes up to the ceiling, as if very deep in thought.]

Mmmm... I guess what I'm trying to say is... If anyone needs support while they're wandering around the Dark Hour, please don't hesitate to ask for my help? I can also heal and attack from far away, so I hope that can be useful! I want to collect more and more data, and help everyone through this!

Really? I'm glad. Sometimes it can be a little tough, since there aren't many scanning-type Persona-users other than me, but... When I hear people say things like that, it really helps me keep going!

That is the nature of war of any type. Those that would have been happier or should be protected from this sort of thing are drawn into it because they are needed.

I guess you're right... That's the same feeling I had, too. To be honest, up until now I've been worried that I'd end up going through life without doing anything useful, so... being here gives me that chance.

I understand that feeling. It's always such a relief when it goes away.

I do. My brothers are often out directly causing or dealing with trouble and I get left behind to, well, mind the store. Depending on the situation I do feel quite useless because my talents don't match up.

But that doesn't mean that there aren't situations where I can be useful. The same goes for you.
