[April had dealt with exhaustion before, it came with spending most of her time fighting or just being active since she's so restless sometimes, but she had never felt this tired. Though it wasn't much of a surprise; she hadn't had much sleep since she arrived in Prospero and with her fighting Shadows most nights, her exhaustion has finally caught up with her. So, people around Prospero will see her:

1.) With her head in a book at the library, literally. She had tried to see if reading something interesting would keep her awake, but instead she decided that the book would make a good pillow and is now just taking a nap.

OR

2.) Taking a walk along the streets, though it's hard to see where you're going when your eyes don't want to stay open. So, she seems to occasionally walk into things or people, but she is aware enough to apologize before continuing on her way... and continue to bump into things.]

[Ledah was in the library quite often, researching the ways of this world. He had checked out a book or two and was about to carry them out in his bag, but stopped when he saw April sleeping there.

...Decisions.

He nudged her shoulder.] April.

[There's no movement for a moment besides a small mumble, before she slowly pushes herself up and blinks blearily at Ledah.]

Ah, hi, Ledah... [Silence for a second while she thinks.]

... Um, I'm guessing I fell asleep.

That seems to be the case. I'm not against sleep, but it would be more restful to do so in your room.

I've tried, but I can only seem to take naps, at most. I've not been sleeping much since I got here.

I kinda thought it was stress and anxiety at first but... [She frowns and seems a bit sheepish.]

It's, um, most likely cause I'm not used to sleeping in a room on my own, since there was always someone else in the room with me.

Do you have anyone else you can sleep with here? [After a moment, a little awkwardly.] In the same room as.

[She blinks at him again, before shaking her head.] No... I've been pretty hesitant to ask since I don't want to be a bother.

[Though she was already doing that now. She sighs and rubs at her eyes in an attempt to try to wake herself up a bit more.]

[The logical choice was obvious. April would be much more effective as a fighter if she could get some rest.]

Miki will be out racing about on her job to try and deliver things between the normals who inhabit Prospero. She too is not spending much time watching where she is going, though at a much higher speed. Needless to say, if April isn't paying attention either Miki will probably collide with her as she speeds down from the opposite direction.

[Well, with April not having much awareness of what's going on around her, she doesn't notice Miki speeding down the street. So, she soon collides into her and is knocked backwards.]

... O-ow...

[Miki sits back up, holding her head. The letters she was carrying slowly flutter back down around her.]

ohhh-uuhhh what did I hi- oh, sorry. Are you ok?

[It takes a moment before April slowly pushes herself up and blinks blearily at the other woman, and then her expression turn apologetic.]

Ah, I-I'm fine. Are you alright? I'm so sorry about this...

Ah, n-no, you didn't kick me or anything. [She gives a reassuring smile as she shakes her head, though that seems to make her wobble for a moment.]

Ah, I'm sure! I'm just, um, really tired so I've been pretty unsteady lately...

[This. Was something of a predicament.

Explicitly stated, there were no rules against sleeping within the confines of the library. Furthermore, when she'd spotted April earlier (being too busy to say hello, and the other woman seemed distracted anyway) she'd looked... well, astoundingly tired.

On the flip side, familiarity bred the urge for mischief.

And April was snoring softly anyway. That deserved a "ssssshh", didn't it?]

[April just keeps snoozing away, though there seems to be a faint mumble of 'stupid fire-breathing goat...' at one point. But other than that, there's no sort of life from her besides the quiet breathing.]

...Well then. That was a second reason to wake April up because of the intense curiosity dream-babble always seems to elicit in observers.

Still, forcibly waking someone up is for the third attempt. Try number two involved speaking in a light, airy tone.]

[That gets some faint grumbling, though it's hard to hear what she's saying this time, before she slowly lifts her head. She just kinda stares at nothing for a moment, before yawning and blinking blearily up at Devola.]

G'Morning, sunshine! Ya feeling alright? I know some books are kinda dry, but libraries aren't usually used for sleeping.

[She sits up straighter at that, her expression slowly turning sheepish.]

O-oh, sorry about that. I've been pretty tired lately and I guess I just dozed off...

Well, it's not really a problem. The actual problem would be all this being-tired stuff. It wouldn't do you any good if you overworked yourself and caught sick, would it? [fuss fuss worry nag.]

[Sheepish April is sheepish.] Y-yeah, that's true. I've just not been able to sleep at all, but hopefully I'll be able to get some later.
