No, I'm not! Well, there is a method but we're still trying to figure out how they work since not everyone has found their version of it yet. It's called a Persona. They only show up during midnight but they posses skills to defeat the Shadows.

Yes, it sounds like a video game but I assure you it's not. Some of us have died here but were revived. That doesn't mean we get away without a hitch. For all we know we might have to pay a price for each time we're brought back.
