Not as much as one might expect from a total newbie, but by this point he's a tad used to waking up in strange places. Thanks Dad. Though really, this doesn't look like what he expected the afterlife to be. He really doesn't feel dead though so he's guessing he's alive.]

Oh so that button is the same...[Oh. Right. Broadcasting. He clears his throat]

I suppose I should go out on a limb and assume that this was not where I was supposed to end up. For one thing, I've been to most of the planets that like to emulate Lost Jerusalem and this does not look at all familiar. Would someone be kind enough to tell me what is going on here? Or at least where this place is? I have to admit I am a little lost.

Quite alright. A healthy dose of curiosity is hardly ever detrimental.

Well, there is that saying about what it does to felines. Then again, to abuse the metaphor, cats have extra lives, so I'm not worried.

It's not even if as if they need those lives most of the time, as they land on their feet if it is at all possible.

Hm. Wouldn't know! Most of the cats I've seen are too busy napping to fall from great heights.

They do that, don't they. But that's just the way they are I suppose.

Mm, must be nice. Not that I've got a hard life myself, but when the only problem you've got in the day is those pesky sunbeams trying to escape you... Well. Like I said, must be nice.

Don't forget the occasional mouse to catch. Even the most housebound of cats still know how to do that.

I think that's just because they like to chase around stuff smaller than they are. Bugs, mice, particularly long blades of grass. Really, anything as long as they've got the size advantage.

Can't blame them for that I guess. Smaller prey is often easier.

True! Though I question the worth of hunting something like grass. All I've seen it do is make the poor things sick when they eat it.

I can't help you there. I'm a businessman, not a veterinarian.

Hmm, y'know, I never really knew what a businessman did. We don't really have any back home, and I've been kind of curious since I heard the term here.

Not at all. It's not very exciting. Generally it just refers to a person that makes their living in the business sector.

Business sector. [She parrots, mulling over the words.] Hmm, would that be like a merchant or a trader, then?

It would include people who do things like that, yes. I have to admit it is a bit of a catch all term.

That's kinda interesting. Nowadays people seem so eager to partition things and kinda over-nuance 'em. Guess I'm surprised such a broad definition's still used.

It gets a little more complicated then that, but what you say is quite correct.

'Course it's a bit more complicated than just that. There isn't much that's simply what it seems to be on the surface: ideas, places, people, everything's got a bit of depth if you pry a bit.
