The last big shadow battle was about 2 weeks ago. And it included zombies. I'm afraid I don't know the details well since...I actually died before the whole battle started.

Several injuries. A few causalities, though all of those have been fixed. There was a lot of chaos over it initially, but now the town's folk don't seem to even remember it happened.
