It has recently come to my attention that purchasing necessities can be a bit tough, if one is not careful enough with their finances. Though, I doubt that any of you would have trouble with that, but nevertheless...
[A momentary pause as he clears his throat for a bit.]
I will permit anyone that comes around my workplace at noontime to dine in for free. You will not be turned away if you do, though I will only allow one person to do so for each day, just to at least keep the balance.
[And with that, he gives a slight nod.]

The Saffron Cafe. It's wedged somewhere in the middle of the Shopping District, but you certainly can't miss the sight if you do come. Their sign is quite a lovely shade of...ah, golden neon, complete with a pink lotus flower.

The owner, whilst a rather amiable sort, seems to have a strange taste for any antiquity, or so my co-workers say. Luckily, that is the only extent of his sense of style. Otherwise, the inside of the place is rather posh, due to his wife and other designers having volunteered to keep it nice.

Mm. As I have already said, it is so that the balance of financial prosperity in the place would not be uneven, so the "first come, first serve" basis is why this limit is set. I had done it once before back in my time, and it has worked well without anyone being angry.
