[Madoka chokes back sobs as she makes futile attempts to keep herself from breaking down.]

She... isn't on the list anymore... Sayaka-chan... Sayaka-chan is going to die...

In my world, there was a way for girls around my age to gain a miracle. Don't laugh, but the way was to form a contract with a creature named Kyuubey. In exchange for one wish coming true, she has to become a magical girl and fight Witches. Sounds pretty okay so far, right? Like an anime?
