ITP: A Legend Arrives [Action;Morning]

[There was silence as a man lying face down on the ground unconscious, which is already a sort of unusual sight in Prospero.

What's even weirder is the fact that the male was wearing armor not of this age, as well as the signs of blood caking the pavement.

...Ah, looks like the man is stirring]

...Urgh, what the hell happened?

[You might want to help this guy out before he hurts himself.]

[yeah, no shit you did]

Yes, you...you did. But I assure you, in this place we are both very much alive.

[What now? What could he even say?]

[NOT TOTALLY MY FAULT, DUDE]

...yes. [He glanced away, right hand nervously moving to his injured left arm. If this came down to a fight, he was as good as dead.]

...I have no wish to fight you here, Fionn. [He lowered his hand, trusting Fionn's word over his own better judgment.]

[A slight nod; Diarmuid was still cautious and hesitant to make eye contact. he was nervous, the reasoning being obvious to both of them.]

We stand in a city called Prospero, years in the future and quite a distance from home. I can't tell you how or why we came here, mainly because none of us know. We just arrive here, with no warning or knowledge of purpose or method. I myself have been here for several months now.

[He took a breath and sighed.]

It gets a little more complicated from there, but in the daylight hours that's the basic idea of the situation.

That's right. Each night, for an hour.

I'm afraid not. Not yet, at least. There are those among us who wish to research the Shadows, though I do not know how far they've gotten in doing so.
