so apparently i need a job

which is pretty inconvenient as my experience lies entirely in piracy and navigation

and sailing is sailing still a profession these days

if not things have really been shot to hell if youll pardon the pun

also thanks john this is a properly attention grabbing method of communication for someone such as myself

That it can. Concerning punctuation, perhaps you can locate a button marked with either SYM or a series of punctuation marks.

Given the frequency with which privateers went rogue even by the standards of those who commissioned them, particularly by that time, I'm not inclined to agree with your assessment.
truthsnomiracle: Edgeworth peers at you dubiously. (Skeptical)

I've conversed with a man who believes himself to have successfully conquered the world at a time when no one had any concept of its scope. Forgive me if I'm disinclined to simply take you at your word.
truthsnomiracle: Edgeworth glances over his shoulder with a very firm, disapproving expression. (Firm)

He referred to himself as a king. Rather insistently, in fact, to the point of being eager to rid the island of any evidence to the contrary.

I should hope that despite your apparent disdain for the law, you at least hail from a time when the value of knowledge was recognized.
truthsnomiracle: (I suppose.)

That does seem to be a possibility.

So it would appear. I would instruct you concerning how to use capital letters as well, but unfortunately for Prospero cellphones tend to be far less uniform in how they accomplish such a thing.

Unfortunately, the man I referred to before is not only just that sort of imbecile, but bought the largest bookstore on the island and proceeded to censor it into being the smallest of them.
truthsnomiracle: Edgeworth has an ominously large smirk across his face. (THIS is how you make a plan)

He refers to himself as Gilgamesh.

Be aware that should you be arrested, I may become obligated to prosecute you.
truthsnomiracle: Edgeworth glances over his shoulder disdainfully, teacup in hand. (Is that all?)

Miles Edgeworth. Be forewarned that I typically have little tolerance for crime.
truthsnomiracle: Edgeworth glares into the distance with a serious expression. (Glare #2)

I beg your pardo (...Then again, perhaps I oughtn't question this directly.)

If that is the case, I cannot guarantee that every encounter we have will be as pleasant.

[Edgeworth is tempted to argue about the latter point. Two things, however, cause him to stay his hand: one, he doesn't exactly want to dissuade this "Drake" from doing to Gilgamesh what he can't, and two, no sense prompting her to be cautious and thus make his job harder whenever she decides to commit some other crime.]
