[Action/Video]
[Sanaki knows no forms of physical combat. She also was not warned about the Dark Hour. This is a bad combination.
Thus, when her phone drops from her hand (her ridiculous poofy outfit has no pockets) it shows her being backed into a corner by a Shadow. She's obviously terrified by the expression on her face.
Suddenly, the space in between her and the Shadow is filled - by a kid in a ridiculous scarf. Who is still taller than her, natch. He dispatches the Shadow with his spear, then turns to the startled Sanaki.]
I am thou, and thou art I...
I am Setanta. As your knight, I will help you in your duties.
Se...tanta...?
[The Persona disappears. After staring for a moment, she looks at her phone again and turns it off.]
[Feel free to meet her in person as she heads back to the hotel.]

[Really, Prospero messed around with the fabric of time enough as it was, right? And Personae clearly didn't follow along and maintain the proper appearance of who it was they were supposed to represent -- or perhaps they just borrowed a name and represented what their user believed, or some other thing that Lancer could not be assed to spend time thinking about. Not right now, anyway.]
[It was because he'd already run into himself as a Persona, you see. Because of that, he never thought he'd run into himself-as-a-child as a Persona. Not that he was admitting that kid was in fact him, but...]
[Speaking of kids, Sanaki (the kid in question) has an almost beleaguered looking man responding to her on the comm now.]
...You're joking, right?

[Seems like Lancer's on the move, judging from the background...]
Right... Where are you? For that matter, who are you?
Outside the bookstore.

Anyway, this place's a little island called Prospero. The ugly black thing that was looming at you a few minutes ago is called a Shadow. They only show up... well, at this time of the night. Only for an hour, too.

Don't expect the magic to start working any time soon. Everyone gets placed at the same point, which is to say; regular human with persona-summoning ability. A few people have been here for about half a year, as well.

[Like he's moving to do right now. Dammit.]
[Oh, there's another one. And here's the kid with scarf and the spear, ready to strike again.]
[REALLY, Prospero? C'mon...]
[
at least it matches the other one...][video]
[And the Persona goes forth, attacking the Shadow. He's only level one, but it's only a weak Shadow, so there's not too much to be concerned about at the moment.]
[It's not quite a wince, but every time he hears that name there's a minor reaction. A drawing of his facial features, an odd glimmer in his eye, perhaps even a bit more force behind the exhalation of breath. Something like that.]
[There's also the sound of human footsteps coming closer, but Sanaki might be too engrossed to hear them? Who knows.]
[She's mostly focused on the Shadow, true. It's a bit worrying.]

[video -> Action?]
oh wait yes you are.][He'll round a particularly noisy corner not too long after that question. Is it the correct one?!]
[Action]
[Action]
[The cocky smirk remains as Lancer glances over the area, noting that Sanaki seems to be relatively unharmed.]
Huh. Looks like that kid's doing the kind of job his name would suggest. Good.
