Third Strike | Accidental Video/Action
[ Plop. The sound of the gear hitting the floor and then a video starting to record. The back of the Chinese Assassin can be seen now as he starts walking, not paying too much attention to it, he seems off thinking in something else.
Suddenly, the device is picked up a small hand that rushes to meet up with him. Of course, Mr. Paranoia quickly reacts to turn and not give him his back to a possible enemy, which causes the small kid to release his balloon. Oh, well. ]
You will do well speaking loudly the next time.
M-My balloon...
[ Today seems to be a busy day.... Li Shuwen sighs a bit, when some other kids approach the other to mock him. After some small exchanges, the first kid runs crying a bit and meeting with the Assassin once more. ]
... You have to be strong, you have potential, kid.
[ Li Shuwen, giving advice to small kids in Prospero. After kindly moving to confront them thanks to the advice of Mister Traffic Cone of Murder, the kid stands and puts his fiercer face and tells them to leave him alone.
At first it didn't work, as the other kids starting to laugh.
But suddenly, all of them fell silent and ran away from their lives as soon as they felt a murderous pressure against them, courtesy of Mister Assassin of course. The little kid smiles brightly, as he didn't notice the man behind him was the cause of the act. ]
Did you see? Did you see? They won't bother me anymore!! Thank you, Mister!
[ Assassin pats his head, and doesn't kill him in the process, with a small smile. In his other hand there's a familiar balloon that he gives to the kid. Said kid's eyes sparkle so much at the gift that he even hugs the martial artist... Which kinda surprises him. ]
You're strong inside. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise, kid.
You're really cool, Mister!! What's your name? [ There's a small pause and then the kid shows the device to him. ] Ah, and you dropped this!!
Ah, you have my gratitude. As for my name---
[ End of the feed. ]

because canon is so damn vague when you're an anti-hero, but he acknowledge one thing: They are fast, albeit having a pretty close range.However, it's not him if he play the defensive role here. So he'll charge head-on, trying to perform a wide, horizontal slash against his par.]

He wanted to see more of this battle, so he released all the murderous pressure that the had inside, mixed with his excitement for this fight. The slash was easy to evade with his fast moves, as he quickly performed a low strike from his left side. ]
action! You just had to add the awesome in the already-awesome thread!
But if it's the battle of agility, he was as proud of it as the fellow Assassin. Dodging the strike (although it almost hit him), he did another slash while anticipating the enemy's incoming attack by keeping his distance.]
action! It was a must so the level of awesomeness is over 9000!!
He saw no point in falling back and give him more room. He raised his arm and focused his inner chi to his arm to block the attack, and then he launched at a high speed to attack again. This time the strike was aimed to his chest, the first of a combo hit if it landed well. ]

If only he was a bit slower than this, he would already received full hit to his torso defenseless. Luckily he wasn't, shifting the blade to his chest, he blocked the strike just in time! He wasn't fond of blocking, granted, but this time it was a confidential one since he wasn't able to dodge.
Hard, but exciting, indeed. He'll push Li Shuwen's connected hit on the cold steel of the blade with his strength, attempting to perform a combo of his own, with the incoming quick slash he was doing right now as the first step.]

He couldn't hide his own excitement. Li Shuwen admired Kojiro's strength as he was pulled back and forced to parry the quick combo with his fists again, opting to take a small defensive stance to avoid the full strength of the combo.
The chi around him moved quickly to obey his orders in order to fight in his fullest. He jumped back to take strength and aim to attack again, a combo of fists and kicks to deceive at first and then strike with a strong blow from his chest, sending his chi as well. It was not his strongest attack, but he wanted to see how much he could endure first. ]

Li Shuwen's hidden attacks were unpredictable, Kojiro managed to block the first attack, but when he learned that the Chinese Assassin had another plan, it was already too late for him to dodge. He could swear Li Shuwen's hit wasn't that hurt, but damaging enough for him to sense a star or two.
However, before anything goes worse, Kojiro knows the range is pretty sufficient for a counterattack of his own. Trying his best to withstand the previous attack, he lets out a flurry of slashes at his foe.]

He was the rival he was looking for for his whole life. A man.. No, a friend that only Prospero could give to him, and what better than another member of the Assassin class like him. But he didn't have to think in such things right now. He first needed to end this battle before anything.
The hit lands successfully, which pleases the Chinese Assassin. However, despite his incredible agility, it makes him a bit hard to avoid the full attack. Thus, he decides to attempt to cover it with his arms in a defense stand, forcing his Chi to move as fast as possible. The cloth in his arms is easily cut from the slashes, even damaging partially the skin under them.
But he smiles. The receive a wound such as this was promising to him. There's to time for him to allow his enemy to make another move, so he moves again with faster moves in selected areas where the energy of his opponent stands. For someone as Li Shuwen, this kind of battle was the reason of why he trained so hard. ]
Say, fellow Assassin! Do you believe that a secret gasped to tightly will eventually shatter into pieces?
[ The secret of his name, that he has been hiding for so long. Perhaps if it were his friend, he could tell it to him. ]

Kojiro did wonder, how did the guy managed to take his attacks, but barely got a scratch. His precious drying pole couldn't be that weak, he already passed uncountable battles with it without any real let down. In the next second, though, all his curiosity were answered.
His enemy still have a trick up to his sleeve. Kojiro's lips formed a smirk.]
In my country, we even had a saying about that; Every monkeys falls from the trees. [Shifting slowly into his favorite stance, his smirk getting wider. He knows that in Prospero this technique would be incomplete, maybe resulting in only two slashes, but that is enough for him.] Seems like we shall not bother to hold back any further, are we? [A quick pause.] I have not tell you my true name yet, fellow Assassin.
Ganryu Sword School, Sasaki Kojiro. [Thus, he ended his movement, waiting for the approach. Let's see how fast this skill compared to his enemy.]
