[Being a parent to Jr had been one thing. That was a combination of play acting for the benefit of the public, and a chance for him to support his poor older brother in at time of emotional upset.

Being an actual parent to someone who really was younger then him was a whole different mental ball game, especially because his own father was such a bad example of how to be one. So, Gaignun resolved to do everything opposite to Dmitri Yuriev.

Well, it depends on the job. If you're applying for a stock person position, you mention things like organizational skills, and how much you can lift. Not to mention if you've worked well in a team in the past.
