[She opens her mouth to say something and then closes it again, frowning to herself. After a few moments of silence, she shakes her head and gives him a sheepish look.] I-it's nothing. I was just... thinking about something

[She gives him a nervous glance, before hesitantly nodding.] W-well... You know how some mornings I-I'm up before you, even though you're usually up early? There's a reason for that, besides me just b-being up early...

I, um, sometimes have n-nightmares and, um... [Fidget, fidget.] T-they tend to keep me up a-all night, which is why I-I'm somtimes up before you...

B-because I thought I would just be bugging you if I did, since they're just nightmares...

They are obviously severe nightmares if they are keeping you up so long so frequently.

W-well, they are pretty nasty... [She gives a weak, sheepish laugh, before she frowns again.] I'm... gonna guess you would've preferred that I told you about this sooner...

But what could be done though? They're at least not as frequent as they were when I was staying on my own, but I've tried all sorts of things that would at least help me fall back asleep, but nothing has really worked.
