It is the missing hour that occurs during midnight. Monsters appear during The Dark Hour and the city becomes... very different.

It looks like the city, definitely. Except for all the blood and coffins, etc etc surrounding the city. It also had a different light to it.]

Ah well. Not all worlds have monsters, you see. This one in particular has monsters, but they do not appear until a certain time, and only stay for a certain amount of time.
