[accidental video] John: Wake up already

[John's phone falls to the ground and the video switches on to reveal him sitting up gingerly and rubbing his head. Waking up in an alley was not what he expected to be doing today. How the hell?

Oh. Wait..... Wasn't he looking for that serial killer? Actually.... did he find him? He certainly remembers a finding this guy and then... a lot of pain.... He still feels like crap.

He glances around and finally notices that his phone is on. He picks it up.]

Hey guys....

Um.... I'm not sure what happened, but I think I've been out for a while.

So.... what'd I miss?

Really? They caught him?

Not sure yet - they got some people, but that's as far as I heard, anyway.

I hope they did. At least that would stop him from killing people for a while.

A while being the key here, yeah. Can't really stop him if he gets out again...

And we can't really stop him from getting out again....

We gotta keep an eye on him somehow - without getting violently murdered, of course.

Yeah, but how? His persona is pretty strong. And he wouldn't be easy to find in a city this big...

Yeah, but he's got a Persona, right?

During the Dark Hour, we could figure out where he is, at least... [He lets out a sigh.]

Is there a way to track the people who have persona?

I don't think so, but people who can awake them, are aware during the Dark Hour, right? Maybe we could use that to our advantage..

That's true, at least if we go after him in the dark hour innocent people will be left out of it.

But it's still a pretty big city. There's a lot of places for him to hide...

Yeah. Yeah... [He scratches at his head, makes a frustrated sound.]

Jesus, didn't think I'd have to keep an eye out for a murderer in this place.

I know! I feel like we could have this whole shadow thing figured out by now if we'd just all work together.

Instead we're wasting time fighting each other.

We're bound to stop going in circles sooner or later.
