[She blushes brightly, and looks down at her hands. She looks strangely thoughtful now.] There's... something else I want to talk to you about, too...

I... Um... [She fidgets, looking uncomfortable.] Can I talk to you face-to-face about this? It's... not something I want to say over the network.

... To be honest, this is something I've been wanting to talk to you about for a while. But, I guess I was too scared to.

I know, it's just... I wanted to open up to you more about my past, and it's something I've never talked about to anyone before.

[She bites down on her lip and draws her knees up to her chest, folding her arms around the top of them.]

... You... sure you want to hear it, though? I don't wanna bother you with this...

I am completely sure I want to hear it. [Sheesh.]

[This is April, she second guesses everything.] ... Do you remember how I told you about a group I'm part of back home? Whose goal iy is to rebuild everything?

Yes, I remember that.

... I created the group about five years ago, after my mentor died. He wanted to see things back to how they were before the war, so I wanted to fulfill that goal for him, and because I want to see things rebuilt too.

Not everyone agrees with the goal though, so there are a lot of attacks on my group and the settlements my group watches over. I've had to... kill a lot of people. As the leader, I have to watch over the people who allied themselves with me, but... I don't like it.

[She draws her knees closer to herself.] As the leader, I shouldn't shy away from doing what it takes to protect the group and to achieve our goal, but... I don't like the killing. And I feel as though if I falter, I can't be the leader they need.

Everyone with emotions falters at times. It's why I gave up mine.

And with how emotional I am, it's already happened a few times. [She gives a quiet laugh.] ... I don't want to fail them, though. So many people are counting on me, on the group, and I'm scared that I'll fail.
