[Her expression turns more cheerful as she nods and she looks through one of the storage boxes in the room, before pulling out a familiar red kite.]

It'll be in this box for whenever you want to go kite-flying... Oh, do you want me to show you around the apartment, so you can see where everything is?

Right! Follow me. [So she takes him around the rest of the apartment, pointing out where things are and so on. Since the apartment is rather small, the tour doesn't last long.]
