Who: Anybody looking to enjoy the 4th of July festivities!

It arrives early in the day, sent anonymously but still easily traceable to one Hiyono Yuizaki if your character is the type who is not only able but curious enough to try:

Prospero beach.

You know what's awesome? FIREWORKS ARE AWESOME. They're being blown off, as per usual for the 4th of July. And guess what, there's a beautiful view of the fireworks display from the beach! Seems enough of the Prospero natives knew this, judging by the crowd. It's possible your character may have heard about it even without the text tip off, really.

Throughout the day, lots and lots of people will be at the beach with bonfires and barbecues. There are plenty of people braving the waters to splash around, and a number of children and adults alike building up sand castles all along the sand.

As day turns to night, the fireworks begin. There are still quite a few bonfires, and some people are lighting off fireworks of their own... sometimes drunkenly. But hey, at least the lights are pretty, right?

Then come, let us dance. [ Moving to her feet quickly, she'll twirl around just to face him, offering a hand. ] I mean splash!

[He smiled at that, taking her hand and standing up himself.]

Anything at all? My, you should not give me such freedom. I might feel compelled enough to exploit it.

I do not think I would complain if you did.

Hoh? Even the best of men may find their patience thinning when a woman asks inane tasks of them. [ Teasingly said. ]

You may well be surprised at just how patient I can be.

Mm, that is right. Did you ever find it strange that I was walking alongside my Master's side?

I don't think I ever gave it very much thought, to be completely honest with you.

I could never slip into spirit form like ordinary Servants. [ Tilting her head to the side. ] Unless you mistook my condition for a sign of egotistic bravery?

You, egotistical? I can safely say the thought never crossed my mind.

Truly? I think I have given the impression that I was to too many others here.

Perhaps it is because too few understand a chivalrous knight when they see one.

Surely you still do not think of me as chivalrous, Diarmuid.

Why should I not?

When have I acted such in this realm? Certainly not as of late. [ Shaking her head. ] No, I have been selfish here.

Selfish and weak.

I have been no better, so do you think less of me for it?

I could never think less of you, Diarmuid. I have seen you at your lowest point and even still, I admire no man greater than you.

Whether you think yourself selfish or not, I can never consider you anything of the sort. You are one I admire and care for immeasurably, and nothing can convince me you are any less than the kind and chivalrous knight I know that you are.
