I got a letter from Prospero High School saying that I had to attend 9th grade.
[Pause. A hint of sorrow in her voice.]
What should I do? I don't think I'm ready to go to school. I'm not fit to be around people until I can stop feeling like I need to hurt them because they...
[Trailing off. She never talked about this to anyone. Especially not here, because the illness she had at Rougetsu wasn't exactly here. Plus, she was starting to feel a bit more remorseful about her actions back home, once she learned what they meant in the end.]
I don't think I can get out of this, though. I'm not sure if the school can understand my actions on Rougetsu Island without looking at my funny. They're not like my doctors back home.
Can I just ignore the letter?
[Pause. A hint of sorrow in her voice.]

I think we are required to.
[Needless to say, Kirito is a bit curious of her implication. Did she suffered from some kind of... disorder?]
[audio]
You think they might do something if I don't go? [It's hard to answer. She isn't quite sure how to explain it to other people that didn't come from her world. If he asked, she'd try!]
[audio]
I honestly can't tell, but I think they might do something, yeah. [Well, curiosity get the best of him so he'll say it.] But perhaps, if you have a decent reasoning... They might hear you out.
[audio]
Are you going to school?
[A pause after she asks the question. ... Hm.] I don't think they'll understand my reasoning. It's not something from... around here.
[audio]
I am supposed to, so yes.
[He thinks for a while before answering the latter.] Have you tried telling them?
[audio]
... Not all of it. Back home, my doctor's didn't really give me all the information about it. Or I just didn't care back then. [She shrugs it off.]
I don't know if they know that we're not from around here.
[audio]
[AND THAT WAS SO TOTALLY HIM AS WELL, so he'll not comment much...]
Indeed they won't be able to tell, but maybe... we should try, no?

I mean, I don't know what happened on that island or whatever you're talking about. But instead of worrying about stuff that already happened, maybe you could just look at this as a chance to start fresh.
[John is an insufferable optimist.]

Did anyone ever tell you that you're optimistic? [Also, long time no see.]

[He chuckles]
Funny how they all make it sound like it's a bad thing.....
no subject
[She follows his chuckle.] I haven't seen you in a long time.

Sooo, nows probably a good time to catch up. How have you been?
no subject
[She nods, somewhat understanding. Catching up, huh?] Okay, I guess. I'm kind of glad to be here. How about you?

.. Are you alright..?
voice;
I have to go to school. [You know, while she wouldn't mind, she's a bit.. off.] ... I'm not really a people's person.
no subject
I am.. sorry to hear that. [ although he's already thinking.. ] If it would make you more comfortable with the idea, I could bring you to school and pick you up every day, so you would have someone familiar around at those times.
[ david, what are you trying to be here, her big brother or dad? :| ]
Even if I can not accompany you in the school.
no subject
You would go out of your way to do that for me?
no subject
So why would I not do it?
no subject
If you're sure... I don't want to bug you if you're busy. [She really appreciates it though. Just having a bit of a hard time saying "Thank you". Learning and all.]

[Oh lord.] What do you think of this... "school" thing?
no subject
School's just weird. Never really had that when I was home. Don't think I ever heard of it in Republic City either. The Order of the White Lotus pretty much picked me up and got me to master my bending skills.
