[23: Action]

[Okay, so this sudden bout of paranoia was not a good thing. Especially since it was getting worse and she was starting to become uneasy around people she considered her friends, which sucked. But there was at least a few people she still felt comfortable and at ease around, which she was grateful for. And even with this paranoia, she still had gifts to give out.

So April will be going around to people's rooms and delivering these gifts to them;

Ledah: These handmade gloves, this coat and a rare book on European history.

Neah: This handmade black scarf

Saori: This handmade teal scarf

Beatrice: This handmade gold shawl

Mila: This handmade black and red scarf

Aengus: This handmade butterfly scarf

Yay! [She takes off the sweater she's wearing right now and quickly puts on the one he gave her, giving a quiet hum when she has it on.] Mm, thank you, Ledah! It's really cozy and feels nice to wear.

I'm very glad you like it. [She's so cute.]

Yeah, I really like it. Especially how it's made out of the same fabric your cape is. [She wraps her arms around him in a hug, snuggling close.]

[Hug, snugggle.] Yes, I thought you'd like that part.

Hehe, you know me well. Though I guess how often I stole and wore your cape probably gave away how much I liked it.

I had a suspicion.

[Kiss on the ear.]

[There's a faint shiver and a content sigh from her, and she leans up to give him a brief kiss.]

W-well, I am pretty obvious when it comes to things that I like.

I like that part about you.

[It's unlike him, who can be hard to read.]

[Blink, blink.] Hmm, you do?

I do. I like that you can be more straightforward than me.

O-oh... T-that's good, since I've been told before that I could be, uh, too straightforward sometimes.

They don't appreciate you like I do.

[Paranoia starting to settle in? Maaaybe.]

[Blink, blink.] ... I-I guess. Though that w-would make sense, since my relationship with you is different from my friendships and such.

...yes, that's true.

[Just a flash of paranoia.]

[She blinks up at him, and then leans up to kiss him again.] ... What's wrong?

[Soft kiss.] It's nothing much.

[She nuzzles against him.] You sure?

I promise.

... Okay. But y'know if you need help or anything, I'm always here for you.

Of course. I would rely on no one more.

[Now she gives him a small smile.] ... Thank you. And, um, that's mutual.

[He reaches for her hand and squeezes it, smiling.]

[She gives his hand a squeeze back, and nuzzles against his neck gently as she cuddles close to him.] ... And this... paranoia thing that seems to be going around... We can help each other through that, right?
