[The feed opens to a slender, white haired man appearing in his early 30s sitting on a couch. He's clearly already taken up residence in one of the hotel rooms offered for the time, and was finishing taking a sip from a glass of water that he now sets down. He looking into the communicator, unbothered and confident, before speaking.]

In most cases, such a disruption as this would be a cause of great annoyance, but for the time I suppose such might be tolerated. Even if he is passionate about his work, a director must spend some time away from the stage. I am expecting, of course, that this vacation, as we might call it, should at least prove interesting.

To those of you who were also brought here, greetings. I am known as Wilhelm. I've been observing a few of the other communications made open over the device, and have the basic gist of where I am: a town named Prospero, located in the United States during the early part of the 21st century. I am, however, still curious as to why, or at least as to how much you all might know as to why we're here.

I have a feeling whoever our hosts are, they have not been altogether forthcoming with their reasons.

[Congratulations Allen. For a brief moment, an actual look of nearly surprise draws across Wilhelm's face. The fact that he's had his power stripped and thus been made unable to sense people here is showing, for the first time, just how great an annoyance it's going to be.

The look fades quickly though, as if it had never been there, as Wilhelm speaks. And at least you're telling him what part of the story you've come in from.]

There is no point in time, past or future, that I do not exist, Allen. The physical form might be discarded, but I will always be.

They vary in appearance and weaknesses. Weaponry will work, but most here can call upon the assistance of a 'Persona', a spirit summoned from the mind to aid in battle.

I do not think there is shame in having a problem with being taken from one's home. Indeed, if one has matters left unattended, or is not used to the more bizarre, it would be quite a jarring moment indeed.
