☙LOCKED;
☙AUDIO;
[ She hears them. Droplets of water all around her echoing in the unusually calm air around her and the chill felt in her bones meant she must be without clothing. The sound of waves crashing against moistened earth and rocks begins to be drowned out by pounding within her ears. Her heartbeat. All too familiar a noise, heard often when on the battlefield (she focused on it during bloodbaths over the maddened cries of men around her), it lulls her out of sleep. That's what happened, right? Saber's been in a permanent state of death for so long that she's certain she can pick up on dying again. With a groan, she forces herself to sit up. Late at night, the lights of the city off in the distance alert her to the alarming situation. Glancing up towards the sky, there's some relief with the position of the moon in the sky, judging the time to be a hour or so from the dark hour. That's plenty of time.
A little bit later, she takes advantage of a deserted part of the city, to get dressed into the first thing she found in her size.So what if she had to take it from a middle school student's locker?While she's there though, she's going to borrow the phone just to make a single call.
The certain individual that holds her cell phone hostage may hear this ringtone. ]
☙AUDIO;
I, Saber, have returned to Prospero.
[ It certainly sounds like her at least. ]
Could someone enlighten me to the current happenings of this place? [ A quiet cough, as if she was trying to suppress it. ] As well as the date.. Those who should--[ Another muffled cough. ]--check in with me must do so as soon as they receive this call. That is all.
[voice]
[...Wait, had it been a week? He got up and bolted across the room to where he'd put Saber's phone after taking it from Sola. It wasn't her number, at least. But if this was his former Master's fiancee, she was going to catch hell for this.]
[But odds were pretty good that it was someone else.]
...Saber? [He sounded cautious, as though he hadn't entirely believed it was possible she would come back. But that could wait--there were more important things to deal with first.]
Where are you?

Are you... all right?

[ A pause. ]
The date, that is. Not the question on my well-being.

S-Saber-
[Much more timidly.]
Welcome back.
[Audio]
[ There's a lot she can pick up about a person just by listening to their words. Someone who holds himself to high regards stuttering? That's abnormal enough to comment on. ]

Wait a minute.
What do you mean 'returned?'

[Audio]
The fifth of October. The shoreline's a complete mess, but nothing else of note's going on.
...Say, are you alright? You sound a bit different. Guess it could just be the coughing, though.
[Audio]
What has taken place on the shores? [ Saber was just at the beach, but a different part of it for Convenience's Sake. ]
Different? How so?
[Audio]
It's... the pitch, I guess. Maybe it's just whatever triggered the coughing fit, but you sound hoarser or -- ergh, what's the word -- maybe huskier than normal?
[She's on to you two by voice alone. Horray for personal experiences teaching such.]
[Audio]
...You might have been asked this already, but are you alright?
[Audio]
Yes, I fare well. [ Cold, a bit confused and very hungry. ] Do you bring news of the recent events with this call?
