This town is called Prospero, located in America from my understanding. You have been brought here to defeat monsters called shadows. Which come out at night during the dark hour, if you don't wish to fight it is best if you find a place to hide during that time and let the others take care of it.

There is housing available for free or low cost, along with food. So you don't have to worry about basic needs.

I am Sir Gawain, knight of the round table. It is normal for me to wear armor though in this age it's best to wear normal clothing or so I've been told. Also the dark hour is a time at night when shadows come out, it's very dangerous to be out if you don't know what you're doing.
