[In the late afternoon, the hotel main entrance door opened to reveal a very tired looking Saori. Her dress is in tatters and her hair is in a mess. There's dried blood on her hands as well. She coughs and looks up into the lobby.]

S-somehow I'm back...

[And then she promptly collapsed by the doorway.]

[After getting cleaned up, she's back in her hotel room, at her desk.]

Apparently, I've been gone for sometime. More than a week, I believe. I'm sorry if my absence has trouble people. I swear I won't ever let it happen again. So...is there anyone who could possibly fill me on what I missed?

[Her stomach turns the more she recalled the last events she saw.]

[He place a hand on her shoulder.] How are you feeling right now? Will you be okay?

[Being dead and coming back to life after a zombie attack does that to people.]

Zombies and my own foolishness. I was trying to protect a friend, got injured enough to slow him down so I let go to save him.

It's fine. After dying in my home world, and knowing I was died trying to protect someone...I'm not mad about the whole thing.

And what's wrong with looking out for others? Humans are social, not solitary, by nature.

That maybe alright with you, but sometimes I don't like being by myself. Besides, there's safety in numbers when it comes to dealing with Shadows and other things.

Well, I don't expect them to stay with me all the time. I'm learning to pull my own weight too. But there are just some moments where you can't do things by yourself no matter how much sacrifice.

I went off to see if I could find anyone else outside. While that happened, I....got killed by the zombies.

Yeah. I ended up getting too injured and couldn't heal any more. I was only slowing that person down in escaping.

No, it's not his fault. I chose to stay back to give him a headstart. I got those injuries myself and I couldn't heal myself any more. I would've only slowed him down and got him killed as well. I didn't want any more people to die.

Other than work I haven't done much. I went out to dinner with some kid I picked up off the streets.
