[The video clicks on, showing a black haired man with a very mild look of bewilderment on his face.  Not as much as one might expect from a total newbie, but by this point he's a tad used to waking up in strange places. Thanks Dad. Though really, this doesn't look like what he expected the afterlife to be. He really doesn't feel dead though so he's guessing he's alive.]

Oh so that button is the same...[Oh. Right. Broadcasting. He clears his throat]

I suppose I should go out on a limb and assume that this was not where I was supposed to end up. For one thing, I've been to most of the planets that like to emulate Lost Jerusalem and this does not look at all familiar.   Would someone be kind enough to tell me what is going on here?  Or at least where this place is? I have to admit I am a little lost.

[There is a long, drawn out sigh.] You have no idea. I never realized how much monologing he could do. He never stopped talking. But then again, some of that was probably just him thinking.

I can imagine. I'm just glad he's gone for good now. [His voice flattens slightly. Well, he hopes Dmitri is gone for good this time. He had thought the same thing when he shot the bastard and look how wrong he got proven.]

I suppose that is one convenient thing about this place. Even if he is still clinging to life somewhere within the Collective Unconscious, I doubt he'll be able to take control of anyone's body here any more than I was able to remain in Rubedo's subconscious.

Well...that's a bit of information Rubedo and Wilhelm neglected to fill me in on. If that's the case, then we certainly don't have anything further to worry about from him.

For a time. He seems to have pulled a vanishing act since the last time I saw him, however.

Quite a bit. He was actually rather adept at keeping up with the sorts of conversations I'm partial to.

Very true. It's going to be interesting adjusting to doing with out that operating system. However, they coped some how and so shall we.

I always was curious about ancient civilization, anyway. A shame that I'll have to learn the workings of a new network, but I doubt it's anything too complex.

Comparatively so anyways. [While he's curious too, he's not excited about having to relearn systems and business law.]

Mmm, but I do have things I want to pay attention to. Whatever brought us here was able to strip Wilhelm and myself of our powers. I want to know what, and I doubt that's going to happen unless someone goes snooping.

An admirable goal for sure, but you're not a human flak jacket anymore. So be careful. After all, if something has that type of capability, who knows what else it can do.
