[Sometime in the afternoon, Miki can be seen sneaking out from behind an alley behind the pizza shop a certain genius_idiot works at. She is carrying a wrench and chuckling evilly to herself as she sneaks away.]

[Later on in the day, while working the counter at Prospero Packages, the courier company she delivers for, Miki is messing around on her phone whenever there isn't someone inside who wants to make copies or have a package delivered.]

"Halloween was fun, but I think it lacked something. There wasn't a race to see who could finish fastest, or a competition to get the best candy. I don't know what this Thanksgiving thing coming up is but I'm sure it's probably just as boring. I think we need to liven it up with some kind of competition that I will win."

I know I do. Some people wear it though, which really just adds to the pleasure when you rip it off after their inevitable defeat.

I don't really know. From all the decorations I think it has something to do with brown peacocks. I think you also eat a lot so I guess we could have an eating contest.

Hmm, a feast? Maybe it's some kind of harvest festival or something... Eating contests baking contests, general contests of skill. We'd do that sort of stuff for harvest festivals back home.

Maybe we could have a baking and eating contest! Each team bakes and then eats and whoever eats the most wins!

I guess harvest festival makes sense though. I haven't seen many farms around here though.

Guess I'll stop being coy -- I'm implying that speed baking and speed eating mixed might create foods unfit for human consumption, and the speed eating portion would make things become tragic fast.

Yeah but competitions aren't exciting if there isn't at least the possibility of death or injury. I guess you can still do that in a less messy way.
