ITP: A Legend Arrives [Action;Morning]
[There was silence as a man lying face down on the ground unconscious, which is already a sort of unusual sight in Prospero.
What's even weirder is the fact that the male was wearing armor not of this age, as well as the signs of blood caking the pavement.
...Ah, looks like the man is stirring]
...Urgh, what the hell happened?
[You might want to help this guy out before he hurts himself.]

[My.]
[Fucking.]
[God.]
[Diarmuid, heavily bandaged and with his left arm hanging uselessly at his side, stopped cold in his tracks.]
[He couldn't be here. In a matter of half a second Diarmuid felt every drop of blood he'd not lost to his Shadow turn ice cold. He didn't want to start running again. Didn't want him of all people to see Diarmuid's Shadow.]
[Everyone would know what he'd done, how he'd fled across the country with Grainne. He was not ashamed of it, no, but he dreaded what his friends would think of him when they found out.]
You....you can't...you're not really...
[His face was devoid of all color. In fact, Diarmuid felt almost like he'd faint right there.]

...A figure supposed to be dead in the first place.
Hah. Then that only means one thing isn't it...?]
Have you come to lead me off to the afterlife, Diarmuid?
no subject
[Oh god it was really him. This wasn't possible--no, of course it was, but given the choice Diarmuid would have vastly preferred running into Kayneth again.]
I'm not...we aren't dead. Not now.

[He's getting up to his feet now.]

Yes, you...you did. But I assure you, in this place we are both very much alive.
[What now? What could he even say?]

...Is sorcery involved in our being here?
no subject
...yes. [He glanced away, right hand nervously moving to his injured left arm. If this came down to a fight, he was as good as dead.]

Was his own hatred that destructive?
Perhaps.
Was it justified?
No.
In any case, Fionn got up and with a sigh.]
You can be sure that I am not harming you, Diarmuid.

[A nod.]
Perhaps you could explain to me more about this place?

We stand in a city called Prospero, years in the future and quite a distance from home. I can't tell you how or why we came here, mainly because none of us know. We just arrive here, with no warning or knowledge of purpose or method. I myself have been here for several months now.
[He took a breath and sighed.]
It gets a little more complicated from there, but in the daylight hours that's the basic idea of the situation.

[He found it odd that even if there is awkwardness in the air, he's actually speaking to one of his long lost knight.]
