For the most part. I used to be a co-leader of a space colony. [Not getting into any of the other jobs he's had to do.]

Ah. The joys of administrative work. Thankless, yes, but I wouldn't quite call it soul-crushing.

The paperwork involved is however. Add into that the politics and then it's mind breaking. However, I didn't really mind.

Yes, something like that -- we're the same, and neither of us are the type to attack a problem head-on at first. A bit of subtlety goes a long way.
