As lights fill the sky ever so briefly, his expression is lit up, revealing a gentle smile as he slurps a milkshake from a styrofoam cup. A definite plus to getting gift cards to takeout restaurants in Tatsuma's book.

[ If he was truly stuck in Prospero, he'd need to start social links mingle with the others that were in the same situation as he was.

So off he goes! Attempting to find the dormitory, and maybe, just maybe getting lost along the way. So give or take, about a good 20 minutes of wondering around the city until he notices Tatsuma on the rooftop.

Neah blends in as a student, so luckily, he does not get stopped by anyone, and makes it to the rooftop without much of a struggle. ]
