First, does anyone know how to successfully advertise? There wasn't anything like it on Venus, of course, since that would have been ridiculous. And I really want to do a good job for Gilgamesh, or he'll probably get mad... [As an aside:] Do you think he'd throw me out the window too? That would hurt more this time.

Um, second. Since there are a lot of books that weren't good enough to be in our store, or I guess that's the reason he gave them to me, if anyone wants to check some of them out I'd be happy to let anyone have them. Please stop by. It's nice to see people, too!

I stayed in Godo's apartment most of the time and watched people. I couldn't leave the city - my body - because I was suppressing more of the spores from coming down and killing everyone.

That. Would be a detrimental thing towards living an interesting life, yes. Wasn't the city all there really was though? It doesn't sound like you had to stay in the apartment.

There are a few other places where people tried to live without the benefits of somewhere that could naturally support them. The main problem was that I wasn't sure how to talk to people.
